Gutting a Deer in Restaurant Kitchen

Front page on the Greencastle, IN paper how a electrician, working at a local mexican restaurant, saw and reported 3 employees gutting a deer on the kitchen floor. Even worse, none of these guys were hunters - it was road kill!

No wonder those enchalatas tasted a little strange!

    Chinese, and Mexican restaurants are the nastiest I've ever seen, since I'm a private contractor after i get done with the pharmaceuticals i make a few extra bucks delivering to restaurants, i don't know how some of them ever pass an inspection, i once saw raw sewage backed up 2" deep in a mexican kitchen during lunch time, and the place was packed
