Working out at the YMCA

Herself decided that at the age of sixty three I needed to get rid of my tavern tumor....so she signed me up at the YMCA...today I had an orientation and they showed me how all the machines worked.
They had this new super duper treadmill that had wi fi and music hook up...programs that give you a sense of running up an down hills, all kinds of stuff.
One of the buttons read," Armed Forces workout". I asked the instructor how that worked. He told me there are four levels, Marine for a killer work out...Army for a strenuous workout...Navy , not so hard and Air Force.
Being a veteran of the Air Force, I told him I would like to try that.
He told me to wait a minute and went away....when he came back he handed me a pair of roller skates.[:D]
