It is not just Bernie, it is the entire DEMOCRAT party.
Taxes are certainly egregious, but these people want open borders, universal basic income, an end to the US Constitution, especially the Second Amendment, dissolution of the US military, and essentially an end to capitalism as we know it...... and they are dead serious about doing so.

The Loudmouth communist may be rich, but he didn't earn it! His only jobs were working for the government. If he is rich, I suspect that the money is his wife's; her fiscal control drove a private college into bankruptcy, so she's obviously also a great manager of Other People's Money.

Bernie is rich, he seeks to institute complete tyranny on the part of the political elite. Bernie's brand of communism will have no negative impact on his lifestyle.
I don't care for his politics for sure but is he rich compared to the rest? I thought he was the poorest politician? I looked it up his Net worth was listed as 800K not poor but not rich by most politician standards

Compared to rest of his fellow politicians? Many of which are successful entrepreneurs and business leaders prior to running for office? I have a dim view of most of them, they all seem to be corrupted in a short period of time once they enter the "game". Bernie is wealthy by my standards, or just about any middle class American's standards...owns three homes including one on Lake Champlain. He likely was the beneficiary of a low mortgage interest rate that the rest of us peasants wouldn't receive. I don't begrudge the guy his lifestyle until he tries to take from the rest of us to pay for it. The point being he has no intention of the living the lifestyle that he espouses for the rest of us in his s-ocialist utopia.
