I use Silikroil
Kano Laboratories, Inc.: SiliKroil Loosens and Lubricates
Friday, August 08, 2008
Engineered to loosen frozen metal parts and provide additional lubricating characteristics to keep the part moving. SiliKroil combines the penetrating properties of Kroil and the lubricating properties of silicone. Kroil's high solvency penetrating oils first penetrate to one-millionth inch spaces to break the bond of rust and to provide lubrication at the first molecular level. This frees the frozen metal part. The dimethyl silicones then provide extra long- lasting lubrication to keep the parts moving.
Silikroil is designed for use on frozen bearings, slides, gate valves, hinges, chains etc. The addition of Silicone to Kroil also enhances its water displacement qualities and improves its performance as cutting oil.

I'm using the stuff as a lubericant for govenment projects. In my spare time I am cleaning up some old rusty or seized up tools from Dad's shop.
KANO is good stuff
Kroil makes all other penetrating oils look like cat Pi**. best stuff I have ever used try it on Crank shaft pulleys on vertical shaft lawn mower engines let is soak for 24 hours and they almost fall off.
+1 been there done that.
GOOD STUFF!!!
BE SAFE!! Buffler
The best I've found for freeing rusted/seized parts is JB80.
Yep... been using it for better than 25-years now. When working on an old Winchester, my two primary gun cleaning solutions are Kroil and Acetone.
Now there is a man that knows good stuff for cleaning guns!
