Fights break out at Carson Beach
Up to 1,000 youths reported involved; police say brawls moved elsewhere
By John M. Guilfoil
Globe Staff / May 31, 2011
Fights broke out among rival gang members on Carson Beach in South Boston yesterday and spilled out across the city, triggering a massive law enforcement response from at least five agencies to stem the violence.
Police said the gang members are part of a group of more than 1,000 youths who have used social media sites like Facebook to plan unruly gatherings on the beach on three of the past four nights. The beach falls under the jurisdiction of the State Police, who have been unable to prevent the violence.
The response yesterday resembled crowd-control tactics reserved for major sporting victories.
State Police were already on edge, after a trooper was accosted Sunday night by members of the group. The trooper chased one of the youths, who ran, clutching the waistband of his shorts "consistent with the manner in which a person with a gun would hold it,'' said David Procopio, a spokesman for the State Police.

Charlotte, N.Y. - Fights involving about 50 youths broke out around 7 o'clock Monday night. Police had to clear the area, sending people home.
Police arrested several people.
One deputy was scratched on the face as he was pulled into the fracas. Police say that injury was not serious.
It's still unclear how many people were involved or what exactly started the fight. Witnesses said there were many young children on the beach and when a large scramble suddenly became more like a fight, parents feared the worst.
"I was scared for a minute. I started grabbing everybody...and making sure they moved out of everybody's way," said beach goer Catrina Davis.

Ray-Mond???
My son was at a local hospital after a call when one of his friends/nurse told him that a lady there just had twins and named them Orangello and Lemonjello. They didn't know where she came up with the names until they saw 2 boxes by her bed:
* Lemon Jello
* Orange Jello

+1, putting them in the Military only guarantees one thing, better trained criminals.
these folks are sociopaths, have no sense of obligation to the community, and no sense of integrity, honor...these are only a sign of the future to come. Mob mentality and behavior is only becoming more popular.
