[img][/img][img][/img][img][/img]Some pics of a luger I got from a 2nd cousin who was in the 6th Calvary Recon in WW2. BYF on toggle. 42 on top of frame. Serial no. 8XXX. Love it.

I just traded for a luger but I really don`t know much about them, just wanted one. At the front of the barrel it has 1940 on the toggle? it has 42. all the numbers match except the mag. Has about 70% blue still on it has a shoulder stock attachment on grip. Has a 3 digit serial number. Can anyone tell me anything about it or the value?? [:)]

Black plastic grips? Is that the Black Widow model as they call them?

So you figured out I can't spell. Yes I think that's what they are called. When I pulled it out of the drawer it was in a 1911 holster. Wish he would have kept the original.
