a hot time in Hamilton Mt. forest fire-correction

and for times to come. a forest fire broke out just south of my son's place, and north of 35Whelan's town. spotted THIS AFTERNNON at 3 acres, high winds today had increased its size to 500 acres by 3 pm. AT 9pm size is 2000 acres. it will double by tomorrow, as high winds and very low humidity . evacuations have been ordered and road closures are in place to stop the rubberneckers from impeding the firefighters. 3 helos and a tanker are dropping water and retardants.

good news is that 35 Whelan us not in danger, the fire us moving away from his place, my son is over 6 miles north of the fire with several old burn areas in between si the chances of him being in danger is reduced.

there is a lot of housing in this fire's path..its blowing up big time now
A cousin of mine just said he heard that around 12 homes have burned already.
In 1999, I hunted between Hamilton and Dillon. The blown down timber in the mountains made it difficult to walk in. The enviromentalists don't allow controlled burning, and that is what creates the conditions for wild fires like this one.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
