NE State Park Camping Help

I want to take some pals camping in August on my way home from Sturgis in August. I'm looking for a park less than 100 miles from Grand Island. I need something that has elec. & water hookups. Also there has to be things for 2 grade school kids to do. Been there many times but never looked into camping. Any help appreciated.
