We had a pilot hit a squirrel. It seems a hawk plucked a squirrel of the ground and when the plane got close to the Hawk it dropped the squirrel in the intake of the plane.
He called in a IFE (In Flight Emergency) saying he hit a squirrel he never lived that down.
All you can say about an animal strike is how bad it stinks. X10
