I'd like one that turns into a solid insulated wall with a man door.

I would love to have one of those also but my Bull Terrier would go thru that like a dose of salts thru a widow woman.

So...how much does she charge to open and close your garage door? I can see having one of those...

Buddy of mine up in Minnesota has some like that on his lake house. The Garage has rollups on the front and back so he can open up both sides and have a great screen room.

That is not a "new" idea ~ just a different application of what has been on Toy Hauler campers for years.

Open the rear door/ramp and pull down the screen and you have a screen room.

Yeah, it seems now a days everyone has a cell phone with a camera on it. You would think that video would not be that difficult.

You know, if a guy wanted to.

My take on the screen idea:

    Good for ventilation.

Also good for going into the garage and seeing all your tools, golf clubs, and fishing gear missing.

Also good for climbing into your car and backing up - right through it.

Also good for pizzing off your spouse when she drives home and the screen is down.
    I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.
