I think sooner or later the little twerp is going to lose it.

I hope South Korea does not have to pay the price of a little jerk.

We can wipe them off the map but South Korea is going to pay hell.[:(]

Well this is going to be tricky.
Do we even have any Ambasadors overseas?

North Korea's missile and nuclear tests continue to alarm and anger the region
North Korea has fired a ballistic missile, South Korea's military says, in the first such test since Donald Trump took office as US president.
The missile was launched at 07:55 local time (22:55 GMT on Saturday) and flew east towards the Sea of Japan for about 500km, South Korean officials say.
Pyongyang has conducted a number of nuclear tests in the past year.
North Korea's repeated missile and nuclear tests and aggressive statements continue to alarm and anger the region.
Sunday's launch took place from the Banghyon air base in North Pyongan province on the west side of the Korean peninsula.
A US defence official quoted by Reuters news agency said Washington "can confirm that we did detect a missile launch from North Korea".
A White House official said that President Trump had been briefed on the launch.
A national security meeting called by the South Korean government is due to convene shortly to discuss the launch.
South Korea's Office of Joint Chiefs of Staff described the launch as a "show of force".
How advanced is North Korea's nuclear programme?
    North Korea's missile programme
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said in January that the country was close to testing long-range missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
On a visit to South Korea last week, US Defence Secretary James Mattis said that any use of nuclear weapons by North Korea would be met with an "effective and overwhelming" response.
He also reconfirmed plans to deploy a US missile defence system in South Korea later this year.
North Korea conducted its fifth test of a nuclear device last year, and claims it is capable of carrying out a nuclear attack on the US, though experts are still unconvinced that its technology has progressed that far.
It has also said in recent weeks that it has a new intercontinental ballistic missile, capable of reaching the US mainland, which it is prepared to test launch at any time.

I can not think of a way to bomb North Korea without South Korea getting the crap bombed out of them.

I think every time they fire a rocket we shoot it down. That way they do not get any more data.

If it was not for South Korea i say bomb the crap out of them.

There is only 1 way to take North Korea out and that would be to take out all his missiles at once.

If not South Korea will be toast. Japan might be toast we know he can hit there.

Other than assassination or taking him out with a quick surgical strike i can not come up with a way to kill him without tons of casualties.

What are the odds the stubby fat kid with the rice bowl on his head haircut will fire off a nuke to hit elsewhere in the next 6 months?

Unfortunately, the US is not prepared for a third conflict. Especially with a disciplined enemy that is N. Korea. The only real option is the hope China and Russia will throw their weight around on this issue because of the threat of having US military assests closer to their borders. In effect, it is a no win situation for the US.

I would go back to building the missile defense shields all around them. I can't believe he is going to drop that plan in the face of all the new threats around the world. We cannot use diplomacy to move unwilling dictators when there is no strength behind our arguments/ demands.
The world needs to get behind us on this too, no one is safe with a nuclear armed Iran, North Korea or Taliban Mullah.
Frankly, no other countries should be allowed nuclear weapons and we should work hard to disarm anyone we can. India, Pakistan, Israel, and any of the former Soviet Republics. Those countries are just too unstable to trust with the future of mankind by risk of nuclear annihilation .

The Aegis class warships in the pacific are more than adequate to shoot down any missile N. Korea launches. The last thing China wants is Japan to start rearming itself due to the NK threat. Once that process begins China will shut NK nukes down.

I believe North Korea, Russia, China, and Cuba are the number one danger to our country and its status as a world power. Number two is illegal immigration and our porous borders. Remember the saying "The enemy of my enemy is my friend"

You're right except for Cuba....I don't see how they could pose any kind of threat to us.....Maybe if the attacked oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico maybe.

I only include Cuba because of its proximity, and its government. Doesn't help that BO is cozying up to them.

    what would I do?

Pull all the US troops out of the ROK, but leave them a nice going away present, and let the PRNK know it, too.

All the nukes the ROK can handle, and the means to deliver them.

And a guarentee, you launch ANY missle against ANY country, you're going to be a pile of glowing green *.

anyone else sick of these little pissants BS blowhard bravado yet??

Pack up all our toys and troops around the world bring them home and let the rest of the wold fend for them selves. Pull out of the U.N. and tell them to handle it.

Look at Canada their military is very small, why? They have the USA next door for protection. Oh how the tune would change!

The best thing we can hope for is a complete surrender by Obama. With Kim Il Jong in the White House, at least George Soros and Congress will be picking rice in Louisiana, which is probably beyond their mental capacities, and Napalitano will be employed ironing shirts for all of our terrorists based at Norfolk.

The number one danger to our country & it's status as a world power is Washington D.C. What is going to bring us to our knees is the debt we are pileing up including all the unfunded entitlements.

And you are exactly correct as well, China owning our debt is one of the reasons for my statement. As well as BO weakening our military and reputation.

Send in some Mercs, Black Ops, or a rag tag team of world misfits to pop the nuke plant and top that crazy haired iron * dictator. But since we live in the crazy world we'll do nothing.
