Spend at least two visits at the Ringling Bro's*. museum. Lots to see, and well worth the visit.

*Sarasota, FL was the 'winter over' place for the circus off-season, and the home to the employees.

They breeded the animals, repaired tents/railcars, etc over the winter months, and taking much earned vacations..all in advent of the warm months, and the new performing season to come.

Captain Brian's is a great place to eat and its right by the airport. You can also try The Chart House (a little pricey) and the Dry Dock both on Long Boat Key and for a beautiful sandles and shorts evening dinner on the beach as you watch the sunset our favorite is The Sand Bar on Anna Maria.

Sarasota has an airport, but their fares are high. We will fly into Tampa and rent a car.
