Last week I requested prayer, my mother was dying and we had to make the decision to end life support. She died peacefully and I appreciate your support. It was a good time of re-bonding with some family I haven't seen in a long time. Thanks again.

Went to visit my dad today and we messed around in his shop for a couple hours. We made something to hold my pistols upright in my gun cabinet. He seamed to be breathing better today. Thanks for your prayers.

After two weeks in the hospital, my Dad's father passed away yesterday at 6:45pm. I just wanted to thank all of you who said you would say prayers for him. I believe they had an impact; the doctors said he wouldn't regain conciousness, but two days before he passed, he woke up and was completely aware of his surroundings and physically seemed in better shape than he had been for a month. We all got to see him and say good bye- more prophetic than we could have known- as he lapsed back into a coma that evening and died two days later. I firmly believe that had it not been for prayer, we wouldn't have had a chance to talk to him again. He is in a better place now, relieved of his years of suffering and illness, and he can look down on us poor mortals, struggling to get by, and smile. He's being laid out tomarrow, funeral thursday, so I won't likely be here for two or three days.Again, thanks for all your prayers.

    Great Job Dave!

About six months before my Dad passed in '82, we put togther a couple of tool trays to hold some of his tools in... Last little project we did together... Made 'em out of the sub-floor plywood we had pulled up a couple years earlier before laying in hardwood... Still had the vinyl laminate stuck to one side.

I still have them trays complete with the broom handle grips running across the centers... I'll be keeping them trays a long time too.

Make time for your Dad while you can... It'll mean a lot to both him now and you for a long time hereafter...

We're gonna keep y'all in our thoughts and prayers...

Been there more times than I wish to count...

Just a thought... Hold your temper for what ever it costs and for as long as it takes. I didn't once... wish now I had.
