Taylor, Bean & Whitaker in Ocala Fl, was raided by the Feds Aug 3 09 and on Aug 4 09 the FHA said no more. They were the 3rd largest lender for the Federal Housing Admin. doing $17 billon in the first 6 months of 09. putting them 12th among US lenders during that time period. Just thought this might be of some interest to 1 or 2 out there. Makes a good read, just google it, lots of good info. You know, just when you think, my company is in great shape??
