Found out I had Diabetes Type 2, 5 years ago My AIC at that time was 13.
Finally the last two test periods it was 6.0 and now today 5.4.
Doc says with a bit more weight loss, he might start to gradually take me off some medications. And see how that goes.
Losing weight, down from 440 to 350 it's tough going, but I think I've got past that hard point where its hard to lose. Working out and swimming a lot.
I am getting tired of Chicken breast, salads and yoghourt. I do change it up and Have some Salmon and lots of fruit and veggies.
