News said he went in a food mart in Georgia, stole some lottery tickets and then tried to cash them at another store. Uh.. the state knew they were stolen upon trying to cash them.. He is on the loose and considered armed and dangerous suppose to be headed to Louisiana

Shooting 2 unarmed older women and then kidnapping another one is a sure sign this guy is a real tough Gangster.
He had a prior armed robbery in the old county I lived in. Went to jail did his time got out. Was out a few days went back again for something else for 49 days. Got out and did this.
