cost wise it would cost me 4x the amount, because i would have to battle everyone in the house, and not to mention the trips to the store, this way i can just take a pill once a say with my meds

I don't take them daily, but after a round of antibiotics, I take them for a few days to restore my gut flora.

I only use the japanese made pearls and they work pretty good.

helps "re-start" the rumen flora of sick bovines who have been given high rates of antibiotics or have been "off feed" for a while

I'm not a bovine, don't take antibiotics, and the only reason I'm "off feed" is because I ate too much the day before.

I eat Aussie or Greek Yogurt or Natural Kraut pretty regularly.

I heard 70% of your immune defense starts in your gut. Might as well try to help it.

We've had a few. The ones I remember ended up being run out for being gun controlling libs. I weep for the future.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

I take probiotic as a supplement to counteract antibiotics found in other sources. Improvements are likend to other supplements.[8]
