I guess he is one of those left lane snobs who thinks the world should revolve around him.

Those bikes are chipped to stop at 188, so he must have been playing with the computer.

Asside from that, the gene pool will soon cleanse itself.

No telling, there are too many after market chips to get past the factory 188 mph (300 kph) lock, and there are a lot of sport bikes that will go faster if you disable it.

I would just like to know what idiot wants to disable a 188 speed limit? I guess this fool for one.

If he was clocked going 193, why did they charge him with doing 200?

Seems like it would be pretty easy to beat the rap on that one... [;)]

Some day he will be going a similar speed and someone going about 45mph will make a lane change into his lane and problem solved.

So, they gave a pile of 14 tickets to a guy that hurt nobody.

    Sure makes sense to me.

    For 120 Mph Plus

    I got.
    1. Exhibition of Power
    2. Drag Racing
    3. Speed in Excess of 120 MPH( there guns did not go Higher then)
    4. Exhibition of Speed
    5. Reckless Driving.

Not sure what they could get him for cause 2 of those would not apply to him. But they would have gotten him for running from the police and added in an Inclement weather charge.

140MPH + when he sets the front tire down that is as fast as I've ever went.

Like none of you were ever 18 or 21. I looked at a Honda that would do 175. I still dream about Albuquerque to Tucumcari in one hour flat. What a rush (if the road was good enough, which it ain't) Hell, I could make the Tulsa gun show in under 4 hours.

I used to drive 170 most every day when it wasn't raining, snow or ice. You get used to it. And you had better keep your head in the game. I had a forty mile drive to work in the mornings, about half of it on the autobahn with no speed limits. I usually made it to work in less than 20 minutes. I made the trip around 12,000 times without any mishap. Though I did have to use the high speed motorcycle lane a few times, that is the strip between the fast lane and the guard rail.[:D]

Pretty much the same crowd every morning, they'd see the single headlight coming in the distance and move out of the left lane for me. Germans have a philosophy that boils down to, don't get in the way or yield to faster traffic.

There was the occasional * who was either jealous, asleep or stubborn, but that is rare here. Most just moved over a lane (or even a half lane) and I was gone in seconds. At 170 MPH 60 MPH looks like they are sitting still. You always had to keep the six "P's" in mind, prior, planning, prevents Pizz, poor, performance.
