Just got back from a little whitewater trip and reading the backed up newspapers. Barry has signed an order, "afterchecking with his legal staff",[|)] that no longer any military "style" firearm will be allowed to be imported in the USA from any country to stop crime-[8]. Did not mention what exactly a "style firearm" was..But anyway, another "executive order goes by unchallenged."
Read it again, No impotation by any civilian importers of any "military style" weapons, Smokin Joe was a blowin about it Thursday it states and ita a "common sense" approach with MORE to come later.
Really,,you think that this clown and his hand picked stooges would like do something else while the country falls around us.[?][xx(]

News reports say two new orders. One blocks reimportation of M1 Garands. The other blocks NFA Class 3 guns owned by corporations from being used by prohibited persons:

Neither of these are in anyway related to crime or a history of criminal acts. It's politics, trying to placate supporters who are seriously pissed at Obama for failing to get a new gun ban into law.
The first one about the M1 Garands deserves a court challenge.
The second one, well felons and ex-cons shouldn't have access anyway but it's not like we've heard of any cases where this "loop hole" has actually been abused.
so stupid, i bet that has never been used.
ok so you add a felon to your trust...
it STILL illegal of he is in possession of any firearm or NFA
love the "crack down on the trust loophole"

Exactly! The prohibited person is still breaking the law, committing a crime. Who owns the gun does not cancel out that individual's criminal act.
