I picked up some killer(looks like)Taliatelli nests home made from an Italian deli I ate at for lunch today.
Not sure that's how U spell it but,it's bundles of egg noodles that are about 1/2 way dried.Guy says cook it today so,I am making some Beef Stroganoff.
I'm starting the meat part now cuz I like it to cook a long time before adding the sour cream and eating it..[:p][:p]

Hmmmmmm.. Kind of resembles a Churizo..
Or, Are they a "half-smoked"? Nice lookin sausage at any rate.
If they are fresh, {not dried and hard} cook them quickly in salted
boiling water. Only a minute or 2 should do it.

Wifey just told me we are heading to Bonefish for dinner, meeting up with our daughter and her boyfriend and our son.
Seafood is good!!!
Just don't order the Bonefish. They call'em that for a reason...
I have eaten it at a sushi joint,scraped off the bone,raw...[xx(]
OILY MESS. Tasted like raw anchovies...
(although some may dig that)
