I'll say it looks done. Scored to help it cook, what kind of fish is it?

I fry up a really good batch of fish and hush puppies from time to time. Of course it is usually bluegill or crappie.

You always make me jealous of your access to good seafood. I love the stuff. I have not found any good seafood in my neck of the woods.

I've been told of a place called Greens Seafood in Bristol, that I need to check out.

    Looks delicious Paul.

That and so you can pull a nugget off with your fingers. Also the heat might've made the pin bones less noticeable in the mouth. I bet the fins were like fried fish chips [:p].

It's almost a crime to bread and fry such a delicate-tasting fish. Flounder deserves to be stuffed with crab meat and baked in butter.
    I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.

waste of good crab meat, and conflicts with the taste of the fish!I like broiled flounder, but fried like Kravers does, it has a better taste, and you can eat it with a fork...

    Newmans Fish Groto

    ?format=500w

That is salmon, But I get the Cod or Halibut. Not over done the meat is still moist. They know how to do it right.

I've only had Salmon grilled, baked with Olive oil, (over asparagus is great.) or pan fried in Olive oil. Never fried.

I love fish, any shape form or fashion. I'm sure fried would be scrumptious.

    Mouth watering.

Baked or grilled is how I like my Salmon. But Cod and Halibut I like fried their chips are really good to.

May have just talked myself into what for dinner.

Sorry, that looks incinerated to me. In Alaska I had fish and chips and the fish was halibut. That was memorable.

It is, especially when it is fried in 3/4 inch or 1 inch strips.

My favorite fried fish is Lake Perch and or Walleye. Living close to Lake Michigan and many smaller fresh water lakes surely helps in the freshness department!

Other fresh fried fish I enjoy at least annually are lake smelt and stream caught Brown and Brook trout. The trout I catch are usually in the 10" + or - size range and even the crispy tails and fins are quite delicious![:p]

The only way I like to eat salmon is when it is smoked.
