I have a new in box Smith & Wesson M&P 15 and a friend that wants to trade me his good used Kimber Solo 9mm and holster for it. Even trade. Think I should make the trade?

Kimber recommends replacing the recoil spring assembly every 1000 rounds. I would keep the M&P 15.

I think the solo looks cool. Is the holster worth 50 ? Ask for a couple boxes of ammo. Seems to be close enuf
