Hello Folks,
I haven't been on the forum for a bit but I have a question that I'd like to pose and it will save me some running around! My son, who has as large or even larger hands than I do is starting to shop for a deer/elk rifle...possibly bolt action or maybe semi-auto. His FIRST concern is that the "wrist" of the stock is large enough to fill his hand! He has found the Remington 700 to be too thin/narrow and would like some suggestions from you all! He is looking at BAR, BBR, Montana Rifle Co. Winchester and Ruger M77 as examples. The Browning Safaris are a close fit.....suggestions??? Happy Holidays to all

Or he could add some bondo to form fit a fiberglass stock.
If a bolt gun, then maybe replacing the stock wtih something like the "tacticool" stock from Boyds?
