Leupold Adjusto Base/rings screws?

anyone know where I can get some replacement screws that connect the rings to the bases of the Adjusto Mount? I'm not sure what size/thread they are, but they are headless and take an allen wrench that is quite small.

Three screws are #8(.164)x40tpi with 90 degree conical points x .407 long or longer socket head set screws.
The 4th, a windage screw will be hard to duplicate. It has a knurled head and detents facing the rings. There is a hole in the rear ring for spring and plunger to act against the windage knob.
You could get by with four set screws and make windage adjustments by loosening a rear screw and tightening the opposing screw.
You'll need an .079 Allen wrench to tighten the screws and to adjust the elevation turret.
    Try Leupold.
