just picked up a 94 240xxzx 1959 in 98%-100% condition and would like to find a original box for it.if any one can give me a desciption or picture of the box.or know any for sale.thanks

    I think this is a red plaid box. Good luck. 60 year old boxes are a little tough to find.

    Not only are "original" boxes next to impossible to find, in the era your gun was made, the individual boxes were marked with the serial number of the gun shipped in the box. If you find a period box, it will have a different serial number marked on the end of the box, and therefore, it is not of any benefit to your gun.
