Good Day Forum,
I am curious as to the many variants of 7.62x39 ammo and hope someone out there in electric-land can straighten me out
There's Wolf, Wolf Classic, military Wolf, Brown Bear, Silver Bear... and on and on.
I'm wanting to stock up on reliable stuff, not going to be using it for anything other than hay-day-repellant.
Thanks to all.

Federal American Eagle should be good. I have not found any at
my local outlets, but will buy it if and when I find it.

7.62X39 --- BULLET 123GR. DPX
VELOCITY= 2300 FPS
ENERGY= 1445 FTLBS 20 ROUNDS PER BOX
There is no magic, one for all seasons answer.
This may sound harsh, but it is the truth.
Thanks Again.
For 4 legged critters I reccomend the soft points
For 2 legged critters, then a good JHP round from Corbon will do the trick the best. It is not cheap, but you can practice plinking around with the cheaper Wolf stuff.

BTW.....Defense is not harsh, its a real life situation and I have an AK for the same thing with a 30rd mag full of Corbons.
