Red dot sight for youth .22 rifle?

I am looking to fit a red dot sight on a Savage cub .22 rifle and I was hoping someone could help me out. The rifle has a grooved 3/8" receiver. I am looking for a sight that won't interfere with loading the chamber single-shot.

What I want is a red dot sight that fits a grooved receiver, durable with a good battery life. Any suggestions? Thanks.
