Colt Grip Medallions / Silver to Gold

I have seen Colt grips with both silver colored medallions, and gold colored medallions. Is Colt still making grips with the silver medallions? All I see offered now-a-days are the Gold. If silver medallions are a thing of the past about when did Colt make the change?

    Hello get in touch with NUTMEG SPORTS They sell "on that %$#^& up auction site" both fancy and original Colt grips for auto and single action I have bought many pair of Legal Ivory grips and are great people to deal with . They used to work for colt . They will install any kind of colt Medallions. four different styles Gold or silver and both right hand or one right hand and one left hand if you want the PONY facing to front on both sides. They can tell you what period grips should have what style. medallions[:p][:p]
