.41 Cal Black Powder Pistol

I recently received a black powder .41 Cal pistol. Looks like the marking on the barrel read M with a circle around it, CAL 41 D6749. Is this pistol worth anything?

    Definately need more information...Like is it a Single Shot? Revolver?
    Cartridge or Percussion or maybe a Flintlock...? Can You Post a Photo? Sure would Help.. A complete and total discription at the Very least would be of immence help.............

    This is a single shot pistol. It looks like it requires a primer cap.
