What kind of Colt do I have?

I have a Colt black powder type that is brass framed,it's single action with ships engraved on the cylinder, its .44 caland the serial is 20377x. I know its a modern gun I am just unsure on what it is and the year it's made.Any help is much appreciated

Ships usually mean Navy and that usually means 1851. Just guessing.

Navy caliber is .36. It would have to be an Army if it's a .44. Nonetheless, Colt never made a brass framed revolver. It definitely is a replica but we need all markings to identify it.
As others have said, need markings and or pix to ID, but MOST all say "made in Italy" somewhere, usually the barrel.
