model 12 magazine band bushing screw

Have a model 12 where the magazine bushing screw head broke off and the bushing is loose. I ordered a new one that said it was for a 12 gauge but the threaded part is to big, as compared to the existing broken one. There appears to be different screws for the 12's and 20's, but I'd assume that the 12 would be the larger of the 2. Any ideas? Thanks.
