[img][/img]This 94 Winchester rifle is a 38-55 and has a Serial # of 5983. Rifle has been restored.

    It would be nice to see the entire rifle (both sides of the receiver frame, the forened stock, the rear sight, etc.).

    What I will say at this point, is that your Model 1894 has been "refinished" versus "restored", and there is a significant difference between the two.

    Sorry Bert, this my sons rifle and he lives in another state. This is all the pics he sent. I will get what pics you ask for and start another link. This rifle was in a house fire and only the metal survived.

    It was made in 1895. Early 94's like that had case colored hammer, lever and butt plates so being that they are blued will subtract a little from its value.
