I have a Ted Williams model 66 12gauge automatic shotgun with the original leather case and a ted williams cleaning kit that belonged to my father. I guess he is somewhat if a pack rat because inside the cleaning kit is the manual for the gun a Sears gun garantee and every tag that was hanging on the gun and the case when he bought it. The original price tag is even in there. I was just curious as to what all this stuff would be worth.

oh I almost forgot. He told me he bought this gun when he was a Jr. in high school. He graduated in 67 so that means the gun was bought new in 1966.

Most likely $250-300 tops. And I may be on the high side. Not many people collect these types of firearms. Ted Williams branded Sears guns don't command a premium.

Hi. There is sentimental value if it belonged to your Dad, but the market place doesn't pay for sentiment. These were well made guns, made for Sears by others, but as already stated, they have little collector value. If you want to find the true value put it up for sale on GunBroker. (Market palce value = what an interested buyer will pay to a willing seller). Good luck Jim
