I have what I believe is a spanish double barrel box lock shotgun. It is marked on the top of the barrels Garate Mendibe Y Eibar. The bottom of the barrels have the follwing markings: choke 17.4 to 18.5, choke 18 to 18.5, 12-70 in an oval, RS in an oval/pot, 850 kgs,and two shield shapes with unknown markings. I am looking for a set of barrels, since mine are damaged. Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Gunbroker forums!
I will not tell you that your request is impossible but it is very, very unlikely.
Most double shotguns have individually hand-fitted barrels. There are a couple of exceptions but not with the Spanish doubles that I'm aware of.
Depending on the damage, it might be possible to have the barrels sleeved or to use custom tubes to alleviate or bypass the damage. The tubes are often referred to as 'sub-gauge' since you have to step down in gauge to use the tubes.
This process is available through Briley for full and partial length tubes or from GaugeMate for partial tubes.
Here is a descriptive article:

There are others but this will familiarize you with the possibilities.
Best.
