I am looking at a Browning 20 ga 2-3/4 Modified (2 asterisks) Belgian barrel. Advertised as an A-5 barrel but the barrel ring does not have the 3 round holes I generally see. Instead the barrel ring almost has an outer waist such that the steel ring is not a smooth-sided cylinder. It is round and appears to fit the magazine tube. I cannot enclose a photo. All help appreciated.
