Adjusting the Browning A-Bolt trigger pull?

I don't have the manual.
It's the .243 Stainless Stalker.
I know there is a nut in the trigger group that adjusts from 2 to 4 #.
I don't know the direction or how many turns/lb.
Anyone have a manual or knowledge how to do this?
I do have a trigger pull gage, but don't want to screw this up.
