Trying to id old bolt action rifle

I'm trying to identify the make/model of an old bolt action rifle for my father-in-law. There are no identifying marks or stamps except:

135005 - on the bolt
197066 - on the barrel
165106 - on the magazine

There is a slot for a sling; the clip looks to hold 3 or 4 shells, and the front sight can be adjusted for distance in steps from 1 to 20.

Any ideas on how I can id the make/model?
