Welcome to the forums here on GunBroker.
What cpermd says, would be my best guess also. Jewell is a company that is like Timney, Canjar, and Rifle Basix who manufactures top notch, high quality after market trigger systems for a number of diffirent rifles. They are meant to replace the lawyer proof factory triggers that are now starting to dissappear after some very bold moves by firearm manufacturers started putting out some very nice systems themselves, such as the pioneer, Savage Accu-Trigger. These aftermarket jobs, usually were centered around bolt action rifles, but a hand full came up with one for the AR platform, being they were so popular for various competitions.
Hope this cleans things up for you.
