I heard you can send your slide to Glock and they will refinish it for 65$. I don't see anything about it on their website.
also, I wanted to get a front-end slide melt to make a G23 like a G27. the square muzzle drives me nuts. needed to know if they do that. and, if they buzz it off, can they apply the case hardening process to the ground-off areas (used to be Tenifer, now they do something else)
(they would refinish the slide after all that)
and, while it's in the shop, do they upgrade parts?
does anybody know where I can find this information?

haven't had experience with cerakote. don't know if I can trust it or not. always have preferred OEM stuff.
If done properly, Cerakote will be as good as, or better, than Glock's OEM finish.
