Hi, I am new here and have been searching for days trying to find a replacement stock for a 670A 30-06. Is such an item available?
Mine got ran over with a 4 wheeler and the stock cracked. I would like to find a synthetic stock, but wood would be fine too as Im not too picky.
The serial # starts with a G and contains 6 digits.
When I referece this, I find nothing with a G.
Does anyone know of any vendors who supply replacement stocks for this weapon?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome ot the forum.
If I am not mistaken, the model 670 is a no frillsversion post 1964 model 70. It has a blind magazine, without a floor plate. I am thinking that Hogue makes an over molded stock for that.
You might also be able to repair your old stock to put it back in service if your handy at woodworking. I've seen a lot of trashed stocks repaired to close to good as new........
My only question, and this may be one for the Cabelas techs, is it lists an FWT and SPTR as available options. I assume SPTR means sportster, but what about the FWT?
