can somebody PLEASE help me identify this sword?
it resembles the US 1860 staff & field officers sword but one side of the guard folds down. it has a knights-head mark stamped into the ricasso. (kirschbaum) the blade is approx 28" long, and the guard is made out of what appears to be nickel(?)
