no short magnum for remington pump

Received an email this week from Remington and they have NO plans to release a 7600 pump rifle in any of the short magnum calibers. I think they are missing a big opportunity. A 7600 chanbered in .243wssm, or .270 wsm or 7mm wsm would make a great deer or bear rifle.

    I think it's both a pressure consideration and the physical size of the case head. The bolt head may not be big enough to allow the fitting of that large diameter case.
