Anyone know where I can purchase the chamber rings for this model?

plumbing section of a hardware store. 80% cheaper than ones wrapped and sold as 'original remington parts.'
no joke. match it up to one in a hardware store.

I hope you are joking..because I left this gun with a local gunsmith that promised he wouldn't charge me more than $100..I'll let you know what the outcome is...

Thjere are no chamber rings only the gas rings on the mag tube. only one is a rubber O ring that can be obtained from a hardware store, they don't last very long but they work fine, The metal pieces should only need to be cleaned and installed properly. Be sure the gas holes in the barrel aren't clogged
