can you identiy a strange magazine?

I have some pics of a magazine that dozens of gun nuts both military and civilian have looked at but can't identify. Bert, I tried to e-mail you via the forum profile and it would not send. Look again. On the main ask the experts page, there is a sticky clearly labled, "Posting photographs".

You only put the filename ... you didn't use the full URL. To get full URL look at the picture on the web, copy whats in your address bar, paste between the {url} and {/url} tags. Replace the curly brackets with normal brackets (not greater than/less than like real HTML code)
