Old Rifle

I have an old rifle given to me by my grandfather. I know nothing about it and thought you folks might know a bit about it. This is what markings I have found. "Budapest M.95" S/N 1990D. It appears to be missing the clip or magazine. I will attach some photos.

Hi everyone. I'm a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne and I've been deployed to Afghanistan twice and Iraq once. on my first trip to Afghanistan I picked up an old rifle marked Tower 1863 on the lock as well as having a crown and the letters VR. On the right side of the buttstock (not on the plate...) there is a circular stamp with several numbers and what appears to be the letters USA. Can anyone help me gauge how much this rifle is worth? Is anyone interested in buying this rifle if it's actually worth something? Thanks a heap; e-mail ASAP if you have any info!

I have an old rifle that belonged to my father who passed away several years ago. From looking on the WEB it looks similar to an Enfield but I am not sure. The only readable markings are on a strap at the rear of the receiver, under the bolt toggle.

I have an old rifle i'm trying to find out more info on and I'm at a dead end. I was told when i bought it from the friend it was a Russian Nagent 7.62. Been doing a little research and I find out it was made in Finland.? It has a letter T inside a triangle on the top of barrell. Underneath that is the number 5391, then the letter C, then 1926. On the side of the barrell is the letters SA inside a rectangle box. It also has lots of funny markings on the barrell. Some look like arrows with lines through them. Can anyone tell me where to find more info. on this rifle and the markings? It's also alot shorter than any one that I have seen on line.

I recently was given an old percussion rifle by my uncle.

It is a .31 caliber.

Converted from flintlock to percussion.

Barrel is well over 30"

I have been unable to find any markings on the rifle itself.

The wood is in excellent shape with tiger striping.

It does have some blue remaining, maybe 60%, but no rust, pitting or any other damage.

It has some engraving here and there and has brass that is very tarnished.

If I clean up the brass, do I lower the value?

Your rifle is a US Model 1884 manufactured in 1888. We definitely need pictures for any further evaluation as the Trapdoor Springfield is one of the most popular but also one of the most altered of military firearms.
