need help finding rings to mount scope.

i finally got the nikon 4-16x50 the objective tube diameter is 58mm/2.29
i need the rings to be elevated and be able to mount onto a picatinny rail.
help!!!

but the dilemma remains. my scope is wider then 30mm/1 inch
it looks like its 1 1/4 inch its 3 3/4 in circumference. im usually pretty slick with google but like the neutered dog humping the leg, im shooting blanks
Basic tube diameters are:
1" = 25.4mm
1.18" = 30mm
'Looks like' doesn't count when it comes to accurate measuring. Borrow a pair of calipers and measure.
According the the Nikon website, your scope is supposed to have a 30mm tube.

the rings i was trying to gauge them with werent 30mm and for some reason i thought they were.
