Ruger Bearcat old vs. new grips?

Do grips on the Old Model and New Model Ruger Bearcats interchange? Or does anyone have a source for Old Model grips? Usual sources (e.g., Brownell) have grips for new but not old.

Yes, depending upon the serial number.

They show up occasionally on the online auctions. Early factory resin-impregnated wood grips will never be found, but factory walnut grips are around.
