i was looking to put a scope on my russian sks....any suggestions as to brand and power? any imput would be appreciated...thanks

    i guess i'm just looking for a good all around scope for target shooting/hunting...i would like it to handle the max range of the sks with accuracy...any help?

    A good rule of thumb is be able to spend at least as much on the scope as you did on the rifle.There are several good choices in the $150 range. A good 2x-7x should do nicely.
