i recently obtained a colt .380 hammerless, semiautomatic. i am looking for information on this gun, ie: history, value, reliability, ect. there is not a model number only the dates of patent, apr 20,1897,dec.22,1908. if u can help me i thank you

    Sounds like a Colt Pocket model 380There were 3 issues1st 1908-1911 $6002nd 1911-1926 $3503rd 1926-1945 $400Depending on condition + or
