Can you give me some idea as to the worth of this gun. The one I have is supposed to have never been fired. I can't find anything on the A1, I have found several listings sucy as a SP1, H2 HBAR, etc.but not anything on the "A1"

First off A-1 is not a model #. It is the type of sighting system used. The model number and serial number is on the receiver. What are they, I will try to help? Boomer

I have basically the same question that retiredFF stated.I have a never-fired, Colt AR-15, SP1. The serial no. is SP17566. It looks just like it just got shipped out of Hartford, Conn.By the way, it's complete with sling, bayonet, scabbard, 20&30 rd mags.Any idea of this AR's current value?? Thank you! F_M_J
